This project consists of constructing four major drop boulder structures with rip rap bank protection. The Sand Creek Channel Project is located in Colorado Springs, between Fountain Boulevard and South Acamedy Boulevard. Our crews have mobilized in June of 2007 and we are expecting to complete this project sometime in February of 2008. This project will consist of, but not limited to the following: Clear and Grubbing, On Site Cut and Fill, Boulder Placement, Rip Rap Placement, Grouting of Boulders and Rip Rap, Sheet Pile Installation, and Erosion Control.
