Daniel E. Tezak, President 

Mr. Tezak is the President of Tezak Heavy Equipment Co., Inc., and T.H.E. Aggregate Source, He has over 20 years of experience in construction.  He is a responsible and skilled professional.  He has functioned in the company as a job supervisor and estimator for jobs with CDOT, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Union Pacific Railroad, ADOT, City of Pueblo, City of Colorado Springs, Security Sanitation District, as well as many other municipalities and private companies.  Mr. Tezak ensures that all employees follow MSHA and OSHA standards and training and safety compliance. 

Troy Adair, Superintendent

Mr. Adair has been a Project Manager, Job Supervisor, Estimator and Equipment Operator with Tezak Heavy Equipment Co., Inc. since 1998.  He is a responsible and skilled professional.  His supervisory and management projects includes contracts for CDOT, City of Minturn, Triview Metro District, City of Canon City, U.S. Army Corp. of Engineers, and CDOW. 

Jody Lazor, Superintendent

Mr. Lazor has over twenty years of experience in heavy equipment operation and supervision of all types of dirt work and utilities, and paving projects.  Mr. Lazor is skilled at planning and organizing work and resolving problems which arise in day-to-day activities.  He has proven to be conscientious, reliable and loyal to Tezak Heavy Equipment Co., Inc. as well as previous employers. Mr. Lazor has functioned in the company as a Job Superintendent on various road and pipe projects. 

Mario J. Jimenez, Project Manager/Coordinator

Mr. Jimenez is a Project Manager/Project Coordinator.  He will assist Mr. Tezak in all aspects of Project Management and all project coordination, as well as assist Mr. Adair and Mr. Lazor with projects.  Mr. Jimenez is a highly professional and organized individual who has brought an amazing level of experience and expertise to our company.

Randy DiLuzio, Fleet Manager

Mr. DiLuzio joined us from Power Motive Corporation.  He is our Fleet Manager and is streamlining our maintenace operations and is moving these operations into the computerized world.  He is incorporating equipment costing, parts inventory, and work orders for equipment into our accounting software.  Mr. DiLuzio has brought a high level of professionalism and energy into our company.   

Rhonda K. Lewis, Vice President

Mrs. Lewis is the Vice President of Tezak Heavy Equipment Co., Inc. and also functions as our Controller.  As Danny’s sister, she also was raised in the heavy construction business.  Mrs. Lewis became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 1995.  She worked as a tax manager for a local public accounting firm for five years before coming back to work in the family business in 1999.  She works closely with all aspects of the company and is a great resource for co-workers.

Mike Stewart, Estimator

Mr. Stewart works as an Estimator and AGTEK Technician.  With over 20 years as a land surveyor and licensed through the State of Colorado as a Professional Land Surveyor, Mike brings a new perspective to our GPS capabilities in both office and field applications, as well as, the estimating process.  His career experience ranges from CDOT highway construction, commercial and industrial construction, mining and quarry operations, general construction for public projects and municipalities, the oil and gas industry, and Corp of Engineer Projects.  Mike's professionalism and commitment is a welcome addition to our company.

Joyce Pavetti, Office Manager

Mrs. Pavetti is the Office Manager for Tezak Heavy Equipment Co., Inc. and is our DOT compliance officer.  She prepares our payroll and monitors the drug screening, handles contract and subcontract administration, and insurance certificates.  She has over twenty years of experience, ten of which has been with Tezak Heavy Equipment Co., Inc. as Office Manager.  Her husband has been involved in construction so she also has a broad background to offer the company.

Brandy Caligaris, Accounts Receivable/Payable

Ms. Caligaris has been with our companies since 1999, but just recently has joined the construction side of the business full time as the Accounts Payable Clerk. She works closely with the Controller, the Office Manager, as well as the Fleet Manager to ensure proper payment. She still assists the Scale House employees on an as-needed basis, so she is an excellent resource for information.

Adele Swift, Administrative Assistant

Ms. Swift has joined our Team as our Administrative Assistant. She works directly with Joyce Pavetti and will assist Danny, Mario, Mike Stewart, and Rhonda with their daily operations. Adele has been in management and administrative assistant roles for over fifteen years, working with real estate and land development industry.
