Cranberry Park Subdivision is located in Canon City. This subdivision project started in early October of 2007 and is scheduled to be completed in June of 2008. We have been contracted by D.C.S Development & Construction, LLC to perform the following work: Earthwork, Utilities, Asphalt Paving, Curb and Gutter, and Concrete Sidewalk. This new subdivision will house maintenance free luxury townhomes.
