Cottonwood Creek Phase 3

This project consists of the following work: Earthwork Excavation, 3 NewDrop Boulder Structures (Grouted), Concrete Cut-off Walls, Armoring Slopes with Rip Rap, Seeding, Mulching, Erosion Control Blanket, Storm Sewer Pipe, and Manholes. Cottonwood Creek is located in Colorado Springs between Union Boulevard and Rangewood Street. Phase I Construction of Cottonwood Creek was completed in May of 2006. Phase II Construction of Cottonwood Creek was completed in March of 2007. Cottonwood Creek Phase 3 will tie-in Phase I and Phase II Construction. Phase 3 of Cottonwood Creek was completed in August of 2008.
