The City of Colorado Springs had us mobilize on an emergency basis and we constructed a temporary drop structure downstream of the bridge to hold fill material that was placed by Colorado Springs City Crews. We placed a total of 2,500 tons of boulders and rip rap during September 12th and 13th.
