Completed Jobs

Four Mile Ranch Land Development

We recently completed a project for the Four Mile Ranch Land Development Company.  Canon City and Fremont County are a beautiful place surrounded by mountains and foothills, thus, we are seeing a boom in residential and commercial construction.  This new development is east of Canon City, located to the north of Highway 50.  For this phase of the development, we completed the overlot grading, and installed sewer and water utilities.  We are excited about this development in our community, which will soon boast a public golf course.

Marksheffel Road and Highway 24, Colorado Springs

This current project is being completed for Hammers Construction and the Central Marksheffel Metropolitan District. This commercial development is located on the east side of Colorado Springs, at the intersection of State Highway 24 and Marksheffel Road. This project has involved clearing and grubbing and overlot grading. We acquired a new GPS System which loads directly on a Grader which allows us to most accurately grade an area to within .02 ft.

Highway 67 – Highway Improvements for new Florence High School, Fremont County, CO

Tezak Heavy Equipment Co., Inc. is a strong supporter for local projects in our community.  When the Florence School District RE-2 finally moved forward with their plans for a new high school, things quickly fell into place.  The chosen location, north of the city of Florence, has plenty of room for growth and expansion for the coming years.  This multi-phase project has required many contractors and subcontractors work coordinate and schedule together.  We were pleased to be a part of this project in several phases.  We installed a new 2 Million Gallon Water Tank as well as completing the overlot grading for the school grounds.
