Tezak Heavy Equipment has extensive experience with water and sewer lines in various types of construction zones, from metropolitan areas to large industrial facilities.

We are well versed in the licensing and permitting requirements it takes to complete projects in all regions of Colorado and we have completed some very complicated sequencing phases to ensure that the project gets finished on time. We have installed lines and mains for the City of Canon City, the City of Lamar, the City of Florence, Colorado Springs Utilities and Climax Mine, just to name a few. Our commitment to every project is that we will complete the improvements with minimal impact to surrounding businesses and public areas.

Aided by global positioning systems, and aggressive pre-excavation locates and potholing efforts, we pre-map our projects to locate existing lines and create a pipeline profile so that we don’t dig blind.  We deploy cable tooling to pull out old service lines while pulling in new copper pipe behind it, saving considerable time and avoiding the need to dig up lines when not absolutely necessary.  This prevents additional disruption to the surrounding community.  We believe in aggressive scheduling and the deployment of more than one crew at a time to get the job done.  In addition, we stay in constant communication with the owner so that they know what is going on at all times.
